We apply rigorous quality control measures in all the stages of our production processes to adapt to the demands of the market. We currently hold the SYSTECODE certification (International Code of Cork Stopper Manufacturing Practices), for both the company JOAN PARRAMON SALVI, S.L. (activities of washing, drying, colmation, coating and dimensional rectification) and the company COMERCIAL SURO TAP, S.L. (activities of preparation and manufacture of cork).
At the customers request, our product batches can be analysed by an external laboratory.
All the products we use in all our processes comply with the regulations on materials coming into contact with food products: EC Regulation nē 1935/2004 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 October 2004 and repeal of the EEC Directive 89/109.
The company does not use any products containing active halogens (TCA) in its cork transformation processes, including the products used in cleaning our production facilities.
